Pretty nice work there man. Spriting might look like easy job, but it certainly isnt.
First thing that comes to mind when I look at these, is Soldat.
You sire get the cigar.
Especially when with the subject has a fair amount of detail - making an odd number of pixels look like textured gun metal can be quite a challenge.
And yeah, I did get a couple of comments on another art website - one even claiming that I ripped straight from Soldat.
The interesting thing is that I originally sprited these at twice the size they are now - but I needed them to be smaller (so that their size can fit in with the other sprites that I was working on)

Legs in the other half are too big, then in the other half theyre too small. Doing legs that thick (doing them that thick overally) around achilles especially makes feet look small no matter what direction they're facing at.
Some of that thickness should be transplanted to her neck.
Her head is too big, is that the reason she is balancing in such a weird stance?
When the head is so big, it's also disfigured and lacks lenght.
Try some longer ponytails, its sexyer.
Other than that, below neck to hips anatomy seems quite correct. But when I look at this picture overally, I see a crippled horse seeking to kill it's creator for how he dared made her so anatomically disorganized.
Is this fanart or original work? I shouldn't know since I dont watch much of that japanese thingy.

Maybe a bit sharper? There are sharp parts and parts that look neglected, this is a serious issue of balance! I like shading and the glow by the way.
